Regular commuters know the ropes, and if you’re new, don’t worry—you’ll get used to it soon enough. Our guide will help you find your way through this busy hub.

Safety Tips

  • Stay sharp. Keep your eyes open and be aware of the world around you.
  • Don’t let distractions pull you in—put your phone away and stay present as you walk.
  • Keep your stuff close. You don’t want to make it easy for someone to grab it.
  • A crossbody bag can make a big difference. It’s harder to snatch and easier to keep track of.
  • Trust your instincts—if someone’s making you feel uncomfortable or is too close for comfort, be cautious.
  • Skip carrying cash in bulk or anything too flashy that could draw unwanted attention.
  • Walk with purpose, and if things feel off, don’t engage. Confidence is your best defense.
