Plot Summary
Tariek’s stuck in Pollsmoor when El Fontein delivers the bad news — the money that cleared their Kaapse Klopse troupe, the Goema Club’s, debt is fake. Ten’s behind it, and every one of them’s been caught out. The General, fuming over his worthless cut, fast-tracks a day pass for Tariek, expecting him to fix it. But Tariek’s got his own ideas and zero plans to return. Meanwhile, Jerome, Morty, and Tiger are arrested in a coordinated sweep and dumped on Robben Island, reopened thanks to the province’s overcrowded cells. But Jerome isn’t waiting around. He’s already drawing up a plan to swim for it, sharks or not. He needs Keisha on his side. Outside, Keisha, Mila, and Auntie Val pull in Loukman’s bitter wife, who knows how to dive, and they start preparing. The guys fake choir practice to get beyond the walls. Things go sideways fast — but the goal’s still the same: fix the mess and take back the club.
