Cape Town Pride crowned its royalty on Saturday, 14 February 2026, when the Joseph Stone Auditorium played host to Mr and Miss Cape Town Pride 2026.
Seven queens and twelve men competed across two rounds, Swimwear and Evening Wear, before the top four from each category faced a judging panel and answered questions that ultimately determined who would wear the crown.
Larissa Gordon took the Miss Cape Town Pride title, with Valentina Petronella named 1st Princess and Sheezah Star earning 2nd Princess. On the men’s side, Adrian Oktober was crowned King, followed by Rick Botha as 1st Prince and Fred Mark Damons as 2nd Prince. Marc Dampies received a special honour when his fellow contestants voted him Personality of the Year

Mr and Miss Cape Town Pride is now in its eighth year as a collaboration between MVT Productions, Mr and Miss Sovereign Western Cape, and Cape Town Pride.
Behind the pageant, a leadership chapter closed, and another opened. Kat Gilardi stepped into the Pageant Director seat for the first time, a role previously held by Barry Reid and the late Mark Donough. Donough passed away in January 2021 and was both a mentor and an inspiration to Gilardi.
